About Us
We are a long-established, family-run Nissan main dealership and CVRT test centre in Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Known for our professional service and friendly team, we are now looking for a professional, customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join our garage operations.
The Role
This is a key position at the heart of our business, ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in person and by phone, creating a great first impression.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
* Book CVRT tests, service appointments, and workshop jobs.
* Maintain and update customer records in our dealer management system (training provided).
* Liaise with customers about job progress, updates, and collection times.
* Carry out general reception, admin, and office duties to support the service team.
About You:
* Previous receptionist, admin, or customer service experience preferred.
* Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Well-organised with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
