Senior Event Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead our conference and banqueting operations. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional events and managing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role:
* Manage all aspects of conference, banqueting and events operations.
* Lead a team of event coordinators and ensure seamless delivery of events.
* Work closely with sales, kitchen and F&B teams to plan and execute events.
* Develop and implement annual budgets and strategy plans for events.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and HACCP regulations.
* Foster excellent customer relationships and exceed guest expectations.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Previous people supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, particularly food and beverage and sales management.
