This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, offering the chance to lead impactful projects within the events and marketing sectors.As an Account Manager, you will report to the Head of Brand and play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end campaign delivery from planning and logistics through to execution and post-event analysis. You will lead a dedicated team, foster client relationships, oversee suppliers, and ensure seamless budget and timeline management across multiple high-profile projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of large and medium-scale marketing and event projects.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.Supplier Management: Oversee procurement, contracting, and briefing of third-party suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and deliver optimal value for clients.Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules and ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines.Autonomous Decision-Making: Demonstrate initiative, agility, and confidence in making decisions that drive project success.About YouWe're looking for a motivated and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong track record in event and campaign management.You'll bring:Minimum 3 years' experience at a senior agency level.A 3rd level degree in a relevant field or an accredited Cert/Diploma in Events or Marketing.Proven success in conceptualising, executing, and managing events across varying scales.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.Experience in budget management and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Confidence in evaluating and reporting on project performance data.A creative mindset with a flair for innovation and problem-solving.Proactive drive to take ownership and deliver excellence.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.Applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence and have access to a car.
