Key Responsibilities
Service, maintenance, and breakdown repair of commercial gas and electric kitchen equipment.
Carrying out planned preventive maintenance in line with client requirements.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of a wide range of catering equipment.
Applying a problem-solving and solutions-based approach to ensure business continuity in fast-paced environments.
Managing daily workload independently and completing reporting via mobile device.
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience with other engineers, apprentices, and non-technical staff.
