Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high standards of health and safety.

* Schedule and coordinate projects within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and manage programs to ensure successful project completion on time.
* Facilitate regular site meetings and prepare detailed progress reports.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Evaluate and enforce full compliance with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.


About the Ideal Candidate

* Minimum 5 years' experience working with a main contractor.
* Prior experience in supervising education, healthcare, commercial, retail, residential projects.
* Degree in engineering or relevant trade background.
* Proven proficiency in computer software, especially in preparing comprehensive reports.
