What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and enhance features from concept to release.
Build and maintain robust integrations with modern tools and technologies.
Work across the full SDLC, from design through testing and deployment.
Create and optimise high-performance data ingestion pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and low latency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Proven integration experience (Studio, EIB, Report-as-a-Service, REST APIs).
Experience building distributed applications and working with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh).
Knowledge of SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
Expertise in concurrency, distributed memory management, algorithms, and communication protocols.
Strong systems engineering background and track record of delivering at scale.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Public cloud experience (AWS preferred, GCP a plus).
Familiarity with Elasticsearch, EMR, Terraform, ArgoCD, Chef, or similar.
Knowledge of cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Nice to Have
Relevant integration or reporting certifications.
Experience with HCM or Financials modules.
Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
SQL or database experience for advanced reporting.
Strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide junior engineers.
