Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients
* Process starters, leavers, and statutory leave
* Submit payroll data and process through Revenue's PAYE Modernisation system
* Calculate PAYE, PRSI, USC, LPT, BIK, and pension contributions accurately
* Prepare and issue payslips, P45 equivalents, and year-end statements
* Handle payroll queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with CSO returns and Revenue audits where applicable
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A third-level degree or similar qualification
* Experience in a similar role is desirable
* Part qualification from one of the Accountancy bodies
* BASIC knowledge/experience of both corporate and personal taxation
* Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines
* Good technical skills
* A positive can-do attitude and a team player
