Overview
Our well-established client in Co. Kerry is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the success of their venue.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer loyalty, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure cost control and top-tier service.
* Foster collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets.
Requirements
* 3 Years General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential for this role.
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
* Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
* A passion for team development and mentorship.
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Flexible with working 5 days per week which will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
* Computer Literate.
Package Offered
* Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 per year dependent on experience.
* Free Parking and Meals whilst on duty.
* Accommodation can be provided if needed as part of the package.
* Potential for an experienced hospitality management couple and share the role and salary with accommodation provided as part of the package.
