Join Our Team as Front Office Manager We are currently seeking aFront Office Manager who will bring leadership, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming presence to the Reception Desk of our hotel. This is a dynamic role for an experienced and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring the team. About the Role: As Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and leading our team in delivering outstanding service. You will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the front desk operates smoothly and professionally at all times. Deliver a high-quality guest experience by leading a friendly, proactive team. Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor VIP arrivals and personalize the guest experience wherever possible. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Reservations, Duty Management, and Heads of Departments. Monitor occupancy levels and future business trends to drive revenue and enhance service delivery. Ensure front office budgets and KPIs (revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) are met through yield management. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all front office areas. Manage staff rotas within budget and operational requirements. Maintain and update departmental SOPs and ensure team compliance. Supervise billing, cash handling, guest ledgers, and reservation procedures. Stay informed of competitor activities and industry trends. Promote and upsell hotel services and packages to guests. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Clear, confident communication and a proactive attitude. Experience in yield management and revenue analysis. Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and reporting. A calm and professional manner when under pressure or handling guest concerns. Strong attention to detail and the ability to train, motivate and manage staff performance.
