We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This exciting role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, managing recruitment and selection processes, and overseeing performance appraisal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR plans that drive business success and support organizational growth.
* Manage Recruitment and Selection: Lead the hiring process, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, to ensure a smooth transition.
* Support Business Needs: Foster a positive work environment by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining staff to meet current and future business demands.
* Maintain Pay Plans and Benefits: Oversee pay plan and benefits programs to ensure fairness and equity among employees.
* Assess Training Needs: Identify training requirements and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Bridge Management and Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
* E nsure Legal Compliance: Monitor and implement applicable HR federal and state regulations, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus). You should have at least 5 years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
