Job Title: Sales Excellence Manager
The Role: Drive sales growth through collaborative efforts with the team manager on call flows and volume management.
* Handle web enquiries, close sales across a range of products, and guide customers through the sales journey clearly communicating product benefits and cover options.
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products, provide advice, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build trust-based relationships with customers by anticipating their needs, sharing relevant information, and meeting commitments.
2. Resolve any customer queries or issues regarding quotes or policy details.
3. Maintain a professional image and deliver service that meets company standards.
Requirements:
* Strong background in sales or customer service preferably with a minimum of 1 year's relevant insurance experience.
* Compliance with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements and APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification at minimum, with willingness to pursue further certifications.

* Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and adapt to unexpected challenges.
