Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to lead our hotel team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the face of our hotel, you will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and costs, support sales initiatives, and foster a positive culture.


The ideal candidate has at least three years' experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills. You should also be proficient in hotel systems such as Opera Cloud and Procure Wizard. Experience in city-centre or boutique hotels is desirable but not essential.

1. A minimum of three years' experience as an Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager in a 4-star property
