Description
Xeinadin are looking to appoint a Credit Controller to join our Northwood hub in Santry, the role will be responsible for overseeing the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, managing high-value accounts, and mentoring junior team members. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing credit risk.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts.

Lead and support the credit control team, providing guidance and training.

Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.

Monitor aged debt reports and ensure timely follow-up.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve disputes.

Prepare monthly reports for senior management on debtor performance.

Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in credit control, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of credit risk and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Additional Requirements
Education: Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CICM) are an advantage.
