Job Description
The Intel NPU IP Team is a critical component of Intel's AI strategy. We are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Hardware execution for one or more programs for Intel's NPU IP product lines.
This role will be responsible for organizing activities to ensure on-time delivery of key hardware deliverables throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have leadership and decision-making skills, analytical planning and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build respect and influence across a diverse cross-organizational team.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Engineering teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver projects effectively.
* Work with internal and external teams to establish realistic estimates and timelines, while supporting continuous monitoring and mentoring to help ensure that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
* Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
* Define and deliver indicators on progress to management and senior leadership.
* Proactively identify program issues and mitigate risks.
* Work with the project team identifying and planning key Program milestones.
* Monitor Project health providing weekly updates on key Program milestones.
* Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and guide team members on optimum project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
* At least eight years of industry experience in hardware (Silicon) or software engineering.
* 5+ years of program management experience.
* Ability to ramp quickly on new technologies in the AI / ML space.
