This role specifically supports the Professional brands, including KEVIN.MURPHY (wetline & colour), ELEVEN Australia (wetline & colour), K18, Color Wow, Hot Tools, Omniblonde and any other brands that National Beauty Distribution may introduce into the portfolio in the future.
Key Responsibilities
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a territory, grow brand presence, and develop strong partnerships with salon clients.
Reporting directly to our National Head of Sales, you’ll manage a number of key accounts while also focusing on expanding the territory with new business wins.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth and market share across your assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with existing salon partners while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
Actively prospect and secure new salon accounts.
Represent our brands as a true ambassador - living, breathing, and showcasing what makes them unique.
Develop and deliver intelligent, consultative sales strategies tailored to client needs.
Manage pipelines effectively and hit/exceed agreed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience in B2B sectors (industry background is an advantage, but not essential).
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A positive, tenacious, and ambitious attitude with a passion for success.
A creative, proactive approach to generating new business.
Full clean driving licence.
Bonus points if you have:
3+ years of field sales experience.
Previous experience in the Hair/Beauty industry, particularly with salon colour.
Experience with pipeline management and sales strategy development.
