Palmerstown House Estate is a stunning Award-Winning venue and Golf Resort ideal for Weddings, Family Functions, Team Building and Corporate Events to name a few. We are currently looking for a part time Kitchen Porter join our dynamic and innovative kitchen team
The ideal candidate must be available Wednesday to Sunday
* To assist in ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with all other chefs and the service teams.
* Carry out basic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
* To collect and clean pots, pans and utensils.
* To use correct cleaning materials and chemicals as directed.
* To maintain cleanliness and tidiness always, adhering to our HACCP system and health and safety regulations.
* Maintaining professionalism always, ensuring a professional manner and tone is used when dealing with all team members across all departments.
* To carry out any duties as requested by the Chefs on duty.
* To ensure that the kitchen is always being kept clean and tidy, cleaning own immediate area of work.
* To ensure that any anticipated shortages of cleaning products and materials are promptly communicated to the Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
* Other duties and responsibilities as dictated by the culinary leadership, not mentioned in this document.
* Unload food/deliveries as directed
