We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Services Manager. This individual will be responsible for supporting our Client Success Manager and contributing to the delivery of exceptional solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset and be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Client Success Manager with client plans and communication, while also sometimes acting as point of contact for assigned client inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
2. Assist the Client Success Manager with launching onboarding new clients, maintaining client records diligently on the CRM, and preparing account updates for weekly internal meetings as well as client meetings.
3. Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with company solutions in support of the Client Success Manager.
4. Approach work with a project mindset, ensuring client deliverables are met within established timelines.
5. Compile and present client metrics, preparing reports to share insights with the Client Success Manager and other key stakeholders.
6. Identify and escalate potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.
7. Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the certification and licensing industry (but not essential).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g. Zoho or other similar software platforms).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
