This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Reception/Administration Assistant required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist/ Administration Assistant include:
* Taking calls and messages
* Passing on messages to relevant person
* Greeting parents and children
* Prepare and maintain staff sign in book
* Liaise with accounts department re: fees and food shopping
* Ensure all delivery's are correct and signed for
* Prepare Order forms for materials & cleaning products
* Maintain filing
* Photocopying
* Laminating
* Printing
* Reception Cover
