Translating those solutions to meet the needs of our merchant and financial institutions customers. Analyzing the results of usability testing and research and recommend winning design solutionsMonitoring UX/UI trends and technologyAmbition to design applications that are able to compete with Revolut, Stripe or KlarnaRequirements:Minimum 4 year of experience in Product DesignProficient in spoken and written EnglishExcellent communication skills, ability to communicate ideas and propose solutions to stakeholdersBA/BS degree of social sciences, interaction design, industrial design or similarRelevant user interface design experience proven by portfolioSuperior knowledge and hands on working experience of user experience design process and user researchHighly proficient using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a nice too haveSkill in translating customer insights into ideas/concepts/productsHands on working experience with the use and expanding of the Design SystemAbility to deliver high quality design assets
