Job Summary
This role involves providing primary support to the Distribution Centre and retail stores for the inventory system and all related sub-systems and processes.
About the Role
* Provide technical assistance to resolve inventory system issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the Distribution Centre Systems Analyst to identify trends and recurrences in inventory system support requests.
* Assist in testing and root cause analysis of inventory system issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the inventory system and related sub-systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
2. Analyze and troubleshoot inventory system issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical teams as necessary.
3. Develop and maintain documentation for inventory system procedures and best practices.
4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
