Electrical Manager Job Overview

As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hard and soft facilities services on-site, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standard and fully aligned with client expectations, SLAs, and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and supporting the on-site team, including technicians and service staff, ensuring effective training, inductions, and performance development plans are in place.
You will oversee the scheduling and execution of all PPM and reactive maintenance through the site's CMMS, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Manage third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols and service level agreements.
Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are rigorously upheld, including the closeout of any audit actions or corrective measures.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the site, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
Support the Account Director with client reporting, performance data, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying service enhancements and operational efficiencies that improve both client satisfaction and team performance.
