Senior EMEA Payroll SpecialistA leading FTSE500 global investment firm with a strong international presence is seeking a Senior EMEA Payroll Specialist. This role will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanency.Dublin city centre locationHybird 2/3 day onsiteFree meals and barista coffeeDuties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and review where applicable the preparation of several payrolls throughout EMEAQuarterly processing of fund payrollsTypes of compensation processed include Salary, bonus, BIK, RSU's, Carry, Severance,Loan interest, impatriation and foreign day reliefs, pensions and benefit in kind arrangements (inclusive of relocation packages).Uploading monthly payroll data into the Firms accounting system and creation of payroll payments where required on banking platforms.Working closely with all members of Finance, HR, External Benefit providers and outsourced payroll providersProvide payslips and access to payroll portals (ADP/TMF) to employees as requiredCreate process documentation of the full payroll cycleExperienceMinimum 4-10 years experience within a large multinational organisation (working within a financial services / regulated environment or large multinational a plus)Strong EMEA experience is preferable however highly skilled Irish experience will also be consideredEngaging personality who builds internal & external relationships easilyPrior UK and/or Irish employment tax knowledge not essential, but desirable.Organised and focused on delivering work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIPASS high advantageousKnowledge of ADP, TMF, or a similar payroll providers
