Export Compliance Auditor Permanent, Part-Time (2-3 days) Drogheda (On-Site) Reports To: General Manager Salary: €50,000 €60,000 (Pro Rata) We are currently seeking a qualified Export Compliance Auditor on behalf of our client within the manufacturing industry based in Drogheda. The Export Compliance Auditor will help in elevating our client's export control and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong export control experience and will be comfortable working independently to build and maintain a robust compliance framework. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage export documentation, licensing, and classification processes (including EU Dual-Use and U.S. EAR/ITAR where applicable) Perform internal export compliance audits and ensure readiness for external audits Ensure proper recordkeeping and traceability for shipments, technology transfers, and export authorisations Identify regulatory risks and implement corrective actions in compliance practices Deliver export compliance training and awareness sessions to production and operational staff Support the classification of products for customs and export control (ECCNs, HS codes, etc.) Serve as the primary point of contact for all export control matters within the organisation Stay up to date with changes in international trade regulations and provide proactive guidance to the business Requirements: Experience in export control, compliance auditing, or trade regulations Familiarity with electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or logistics Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Knowledge of EU and U.S. export control regulations Ability to deliver compliance training to cross-functional teams Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a small team For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Erna Tupaz or call Osborne Recruitment on.
