This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties
Daily housekeeping within the Parish Community Centre, Bishopsgate St, Mullingar, of all offices, meeting rooms, computer rooms, canteen, corridors and toilet facilities.
High dusting, hoovering, stripping, washing and polishing of floors, maintaining window boxes.
Annual deep cleaning ensuring the highest level of hygiene at all times.
Training and Development
The programme will give successful applicants practical work experience of 19.5 hours per week in conjunction with studying towards a Level 5 Major Award in their chosen career, enabling future employment opportunities within various sectors. All training costs are funded 100 % through the programme.
Compensation
Weekly rate €286.50 single. Extra for dependents/children.
Requirements
Eligibility: 21 years or over and unemployed for more than 12 months in receipt of a social welfare payment. Applicants must supply two suitable character references and be prepared to complete the online Garda vetting application process.
