I'm hiring a Senior TPM to take ownership of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programmes in a high-scale tech environment. This is not a coordination role - you'll be operating with real autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving execution across multiple teams.
What you'll be doing:
Owning end-to-end delivery of technically complex programmes
Bringing structure to ambiguous problems across engineering teams
Driving alignment across stakeholders and influencing decisions
Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations at scale
Leading programme governance, communication, and execution
What matters:
Strong TPM experience in complex technical environments
Background in infrastructure / networking / large-scale systems
Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven track record delivering cross-functional programmes
The Offer:
Annual Salary up to €94,000 doe (pro-rata)
6-month contract (likely extension) - PAYE - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
Location - Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
