Community Operations Analyst - Hausa

Main Responsibilities:
1. Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
2. Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
3. Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
4. Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
5. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
6. Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
7. Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:

9. Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.

Language Skills:
13. Fluency in HAUSA with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
14. Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Contract:
15. Full-time, permanent.
Compensation & Benefits:
16. Working Hours: Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
17. Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
