With a proven track record of successful project delivery and a growing portfolio of repeat clients, they currently have a strong pipeline of work in and around Athlone. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new commercial development and associated building services extension project in Athlone. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project from commencement through to handover Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets Monitor project progress and proactively address any delays or technical challenges Chair and attend project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors Oversee quality control procedures and ensure high standards of workmanship throughout Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures Manage project reporting, scheduling, and short-term programming activities Coordinate building services and technical elements of the project with design and M&E teams Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes Support commercial teams with project forecasting, variations, and cost control Drive programme delivery and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager, ideally within a commercial setting.
