5. Verify database integrity through SQL checks
6. Support client onboarding and configuration processes
7. Document and track support tickets effectively
Required Skills:
* A minimum of 13 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with popular ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
* Basic understanding of SQL and data platforms
* High level of organization and attention to detail
Beneficial Qualifications:
* Experience in SaaS/data support
* Familiarity with cloud-based systems
* Knowledge of Power BI
* Background in retail, finance, or ePOS industries
