The role will be with a group within our tax practice which primarily advises on:securitisation, capital markets and structured finance transactions;investment banking and banking transactions;private equity transactions;international tax for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment projects relating to the financial sector in Ireland;asset and project finance, including aircraft and equipment leasing; andtax controversy and tax litigation relating to the financial sector.About the personYou are an experienced tax lawyer or CTA qualified advisor who is highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations. You have deep technical expertise and strong business development acumen. You are a self‑starter, hardworking and resilient, can manage a varied workload and deliver quality, commercially‑focused advice.
