Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum
6+ years' experience
in project management or project coordination within a large organization
* Experience working in
structured project environments
using
Agile and/or Waterfall
methodologies.
* Exposure to
portfolio or programme-level reporting
* Assist with
project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including
project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs
* Prepare
dashboards, presentations, and management reports
* Coordinate
meetings, agendas, actions, and stakeholder communications
* Ensure compliance with
project governance standards and methodologies
* Support
financial tracking, procurement activities, and budget monitoring
* Track, escalate, and report
risks, issues, and dependencies
* Work independently and take ownership of
assigned deliverables
* Strong
communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
skills
* Highly organized with excellent
documentation and reporting
capability
* Strong
analytical and problem-solving
skills
* Ability to
manage deadlines
and deliver under pressure
* Comfortable working
independently
and within
multidisciplinary teams
* Proficient in
MS Office

* Experience using
project management and PPM tools

Qualification
* A primary degree in
Business, Project Management, IT
, or a related discipline
* A recognized project management certification, such as:
* PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
* PMP
* AgilePM Foundation
* Portfolio management certification (e.g.,
MoP
)
