Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized administrative professional to provide clerical support in our busy public sector service.
**Job Summary:**
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to our team, including minute taking, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

• Minute taking during meetings and accurately recording discussions and decisions made.
• Scheduling and organizing meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
• Maintaining and updating files and records.
• Cross-checking and verifying information.
• Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organizing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook).
