Main Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Manage production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets.
* People & Performance Management: Provide clear direction, coaching, and development for production teams.
* Quality & Continuous Improvement: Champion a quality-first mindset across operations and lead root cause investigations, CAPA resolution, and quality system improvements.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
* Cost & KPI Management: Manage labour and material costs within budget and track and report key metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
* Education: Degree (Level 7 or higher) in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP/MES and production planning systems.
* Experience: A minimum of 34 years in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
