We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Limerick, where you will be advising on €900m+ of live projects in multiple sectors including acting as:
Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units
Bank Monitor on c.
900 residential units
Working on projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors
Ideally you will possess the following traits, but these are not restricted to:
Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying / construction economics.
5 - 15 years' experience.
Ideally within a consultancy or developer role but others will be considered.
High level of reporting skills.
Shrewd precise eye for detail.
Excellent experience dealing with sub contractors and client side negotiations.
Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects.
Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
An ambitious individual who is looking to develop within their career.
