BHA Construction is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, working across a portfolio of housing and apartment developments throughout Leinster.This is a hands-on role supporting live projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost plans, budgets, valuations, and final accountsProcure and manage subcontract packagesMonitor project costs and report on commercial performanceManage variations and contractual correspondenceSupport tendering and pricing of new residential projectsWork collaboratively with site and design teams to protect marginsWhat We're Looking ForDegree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent experience)Experience working on residential housing or apartment projects (main contractor preferred)Strong commercial awareness and attention to detailConfident communicator with a practical, solutions-driven mindsetThis is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive contractor/developer with a strong residential pipeline and real opportunities for progression.
