The role
I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to assist with a small, mixed IT request. I have a desktop PC and a laptop that need basic setup, software installation, and some troubleshooting. Tasks include installing essential productivity tools, configuring email accounts, updating security software, and ensuring backups are running smoothly. I prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and work on-site at my home in Ireland.
