Associate Transaction Manager, Capital MarketsDublin, Ireland,Full-time, HybridYour main daily tasks will be the following:Direct cooperation and communication with clients and potential clientsAssuming responsibility for the ongoing support of client companies in the field of capital markets, primarily in terms of corporate law, as part of the services to be provided by CSCTaking over the internal "onboarding" of clients (compliance/KYC)Drafting, negotiating, and adapting service agreements between the client and the companyEstablishment and administration of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and assumption of administration and other back-office requirements, support of the accounting team/tax advisor in accounting mattersPreparation, review as well as adaptation of mainly corporate and contractual documentsAssuming responsibility for communication with the company's customers, the authorities, law firms, tax advisors, auditors and other third partiesIndependent external representation vis-à-vis clients and on behalf of the CompanySupporting the management as well as the Executive Director in legal matters related to the clientsParticipation in appropriate events, congresses, seminars, active involvement in the development and marketing, in each case in consultation with managementWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Ideally have experience in Ireland, especially in Capital MarketsHave a real passion for what you do and why you do itWant to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge othersBe driven, confident, flexible, and engagedHold a master’s degree or professional studies in lawA minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experienceBe (future) leaders/managers that can support, encourage, and develop more junior colleaguesBe fluent in EnglishHave proven experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environment.
