TheManager, Sales Operationsis a people leader with a broad expertise in industry and operational practices that has strong leadership and team development skills. The Manager will be responsible for a team providing pre-sales internal support and guidance to Account Executives and Renewal Managers on contract negotiations, quoting support, ongoing account license management, booking metrics, approvals, and escalations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive successful outcomes amongst ambiguity and apply judgment independently to complex situations that require in depth analysis and coordination across multiple departments. They will also help mentor and coach team members to meet company objectives and individual goals.Responsibilities IncludeBuild strong relationships with Sales Leaders and provide guidance to them and their teams on complex Sales transactions.Hire, train, and develop top talentCoach and mentor a team of Contract Specialists to ensure consistent team development, growth, and performanceTake accountability for measuring and achieving team success metricsWork with business partners in Revenue Recognition, Collections, Deal Desk, and Legal to execute on deals and resolve any contract/customer issuesHandle escalations and make informed decisions that drive successful outcomesParticipate in and manage resources for any Sales Operations related projectsManage approvals related to any Sales Ops deal attributes or CSAT issuesEnsure compliance with all company policies and SOX controls for both yourself and your team membersUnderstand, challenge, and bring solutions to enhancing current policies/procedures while increasing consistency and efficiencyRequired Skills/ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior management experience and or training preferred6+ years sales, sales operations, or sales support experienceExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quicklyAbility to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperativeAbility to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environmentSalesforce application experienceAccommodations -If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
