We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.
* Maintain and service advanced medical technologies, including infusion devices, automated dispensing cabinets, and pharmacy robotics.
* Deliver top-notch onsite technical support and training to biomedical engineering teams within healthcare facilities.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
About the position:
* Perform on-site or remote technical support & training, including installation, corrective and planned maintenance adhering to customer service level agreements.
* Provide exceptional customer service, escalate technical and customer satisfaction concerns and retain ownership of resolution.
* Foster strong relationships that drive commercial growth, operational efficiencies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About you:
* Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical field service industry.
* Strong IT background and experience, knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking technologies, troubleshooting and configuration.
* Customer-focused and have a proven track record of providing high-quality service and repair in a high-volume environment.
* Clean driving license.
