Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Dublin for a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage and support cleaning staff, and ensure all tasks are carried out according to company standards.

Reports to: Head Cleaning Supervisor

Start Date: Immediate

Shift: Monday - Friday (flexible); Early morning or evening aite visits required

Total hours: 35 per week

Hold a valid B driving licence

Company car and mobile phone provided

Responsibilities include:

* creating cleaning schedules

* conducting quality checks/audits/reports

* maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

* ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

* the role also involves reporting to management and addressing client feedback to ensure satisfaction

* manage staff wages and ensure timely payment

* recruit qualified cleaning staff and ensure proper onboarding and training.

* handle staff wages, manage schedules, and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in cleaning supervision and staff management.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage cleaning schedules and resources.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to cleaning procedures and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with clients.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges or client concerns promptly.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client requirements.
* Prior experience in the facilities or property management sector is advantageous.
