* Communicate effectively with Service Writers on job status, delays, and additional work needed* Assist and mentor Technician I employees in developing technical skills* Collaborate with Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability* 1–5 years of experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment repair* Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems* Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics* Experience using diagnostic tools and service software* Valid driver’s license* Technical school certification or equivalent hands-on experience* OEM certifications (e.g., John Deere, Case IH, Kubota, etc.)* CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)* Welding and fabrication experience**Problem Solving:** Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions * Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs.* Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing* Ability to work in shop and field environments* Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and varying weather conditions
