Your new company As Internal Communications Advisor, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland.
Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model; 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role As Internal Communications Advisor, your duties will include, but not limited to, providing advice on internal stakeholder issues; supporting the Communications Lead to deliver legally compliant integrated 360 degree communications; collaborating with internal stakeholders; supporting the development of efficient and timely editorial strategies, policies and processes; sourcing, writing, editing and publishing highly engaging content for internal communication channels; developing and delivering audio/visual content in support of their content strategy; managing and coordinating day to day online SharePoint publishing; managing a SharePoint backend and deliver basic site analytics; project support and all other ad-hoc and general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with proven experience working across integrated communications teams in a range of disciplines along with a relevant third level qualification.
Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to maintain/develop effective partnerships with stakeholders is essential.
A proven track record of dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion, along with the ability to communicate information to others is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements and propose and implement solutions, along with the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement are necessary.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements in a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
