We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all areas within the property, including front of house, back of house, and guest rooms.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain a visible presence in front of house areas and act as the primary point of contact for guests.

* Conduct regular checks on departments to ensure awareness of any issues or events.

* Ensure adequate staffing levels in all areas at all times.
">
* Deal with VIP guests and ensure their requirements are met.
">
* Follow liquor licensing legislation and company procedures.
">
* Act as Fire Marshall and be familiar with emergency procedures and alarms.
">
* Complete checklists and reports before the end of each shift.
">
* Hand over to the next Manager at the end of each shift.
">
* Ensure a good working environment exists within the property.
