Ambler Petroleum trading as Inver Energy is currently seeking a Deli Assistant for Youghal. Please note that this is a part-time contract requiring approximately 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible, capable of working morning and evening shifts, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain full HACCP compliance and ensure safe food handling practices at all times.
* Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives in the Deli/Bakery area.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and a can-do attitude in all aspects of work.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
* Effectively manage point-of-sale processes, actively participate in receiving deliveries, and stay up-to-date with new product lines.
* Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures.
* Prepare fresh foods neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
* Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standards are maintained.
* Main¬tain clean, orderly, and properly stocked deli display units, coolers, work areas, storage areas, and public use seating areas.
* Maintain a professional and groomed appearance at all times.
* Assist with monthly inventory tasks as needed.
* Perform related duties assigned by management.
