Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLAs, Client Asset regulation, AML regulations, and internal procedures.
* Review and improve existing procedures & processes, applying knowledge to enhance efficiencies and processes within the area.
* Liaise with other departments to minimize risk and ensure adherence to rules & regulations.
* Work independently, prioritize tasks, and train other team members.
* Assist clients with account opening queries and regulatory rule inquiries.
You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, experienced in reviewing anti-money laundering documentation, possess strong customer service skills, and be proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
