Responsibilities include:
* Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
* Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance to standards
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
* Control costs and minimise waste
* Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
* To complete all daily/nightly/ weekly cleaning schedule
* To record all food waste in preparation and assembly areas on appropriate waste sheets
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Fast professional speed at busy periods
* Communicating with FOH management to resolve complaints
* Relay all issues to Management
* Adhere to checklists provided, keeping the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
