Job Title: Senior Risk and Quality Manager
Reach International is working with a Global Accountancy firm to recruit a Senior Risk and Quality Manager for its Dublin office. This role sits within the Risk Management area of the Assurance Group.
The Role:
- Collaborate with engagement teams to resolve enquiries regarding risk management matters.
- Assist teams in identifying appropriate standards and guidance.
- Design and deliver training to the Senior Management Group on risk management and quality matters.
- Support teams during audit inspections, external and internal, and respond to audit regulators.
- Develop internal policy and guidance on risk and quality matters.
- Keep internal documentation up-to-date.
- Train staff on risk and quality matters.
- Contribute to internal conferences, publications, and presentations.
- Participate in professional accountancy body committees' projects.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent qualification.
- Trained in Big 4 or global accountancy firms.
- External audit experience with a desire to move into an advisory area, utilizing skills and knowledge gained regarding Audit Risk and Audit Quality.
