We are currently looking to recruit for the role of "Office Administrator" for our Cork office.
This role is a diverse position within the company and requires the individual to have strong administration and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a pevious office environment and is capable of acting independently in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with all communications efficiently (Telephone/ Emails)
Providing administrative support to company Directors & to the wider team
Preparation of Tender Submissions & Planning Applications
Report Writing
Letter Drafting
Accounts & Invoicing
Company website management
Responsible for collation of employee timesheets
Co-ordinate office filing system
Managing all outgoing/ incoming mail
Office Supplies/ Stationary management
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Professional telephone manner is essential
High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
