The Presales Consultant will be responsible for assisting the sales team by providing product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, configuring business cases on the fly, onboarding customers and users, and everything in between.QualificationsEntry/Graduate-level, Business school graduate, with 1-2 years work-experience in customer facing role i.e. as a Business Consultant, Pre-Sales/Solution Engineer, Junior BVC or Technical Account Manager.The ideal candidates will have the mixed capabilities and mindset of a value architect - quickly dissecting our prospects and customers value propositions helping them configure business cases in Symbe based on their unique business value outcomes a teacher - clearly communicating and educating users in Symbe's platform features, while seamlessly onboarding them onto the platform a servant leader - servicing and treating our customers and beloved users like they were members of our family
