Were committed to delivering great customer experiences in safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environments.The RoleAs a Customer Assistant, youll be the friendly face of our venue during evening and overnight hours, making sure every visitor enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. From handling customer queries to supporting daily operations, youll play an important part in keeping the venue running smoothly.This is a full-time role with a rotating schedule, which may vary between 07:00am and 07:00am, and includes weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service, welcoming guests and assisting with their queries.Support with cash desk transactions and machine operations.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue.Assist with closing procedures as required.Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00am and 07:00am, including weekends.Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 1 years experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure (essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.A positive, customer-focused attitude.What We OfferSalary: €15.30 per hour.Training provided, with opportunities to develop new skills.Clear pathways for progression within Coastline Gaming.A supportive team environment in a long-established, respected company.How to ApplyReady to take the next step in your career?
