Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project / Programme Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects or programmes within the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your primary focus will be to align project goals with business objectives, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.As a Project / Programme Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, reporting on performance, and handling any changes or issues that arise. You will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are managed and that the project is aligned with business priorities. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex project environments and deliver results in a timely manner.QualificationsProven experience in project or programme management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello, and experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across various departments.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex project issues, making data-driven decisions and managing risks effectively.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and consistent reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and resource management to effectively align project objectives with business needs.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that expectations are managed.Experience with budget management and resource allocation to ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certifications are a plus.Experience with program management, managing multiple interconnected projects, and driving strategic outcomes is preferred.
